Lucy Lester Willet Memorial Library
The Lucy Lester Willet Memorial Library offers a variety of print and electronic resources to support student research and the college curriculum. The library’s strong liberal arts core collection includes more than 140,000 books, 33,000 microforms and more than 600 periodical subscriptions. The library provides extensive electronic resources, including more than 100 databases containing periodical indexing, full-text journals and reference works supporting a full range of curricular programs. Many of these are available through the statewide GALILEO (Georgia Library Learning Online) project. Through Wesleyan’s membership in the Georgia Private Academic Libraries (GPALS) consortium, students can enjoy access to the library collections of 20 other academic libraries in the state in addition to being able to borrow materials from libraries nationally via interlibrary loan. Professional librarians offer reference and research assistance, workshops and other learning opportunities designed to foster information-literacy skills for academic success and life-long learning.
