H2U through the Coliseum Health System is a program dedicated to helping individuals 50+ manage their health and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Cardio, strength-training, and water classes are only a few of the offerings. The H2U basic membership includes the use of the cardio/weight room of Mathews Athletic Center from 9am-12pm, Monday through Friday (after an orientation with a fitness instructor).
Open swim time is available at the Porter Gym Pool on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9:45am and 10:15 am.
Classes are held at the Mathews Athletic Center on Wesleyan College campus with the exception of water classes, which are held in the Porter Gym pool on campus.

$15 annual H2U membership required. $18 per month, no contract required. Payment is due by the 28th of the month. No classes on the 4th Tuesday of each month due to monthly meeting.
